MARSHAL
A deputy of the Knight Marshal, the Archery Marshal is specifically responsible for all aspects of missile/siege/thrown weapons. This would include such diverse styles as combat and target archery, trebuchets and ballistas, and combat and target throwing axes. The Archery Marshal is similarly responsible for qualifications and safety issues as the Knight Marshal.

ARTS &
SCIENCES OFFICER – HL Ivegard Sask The Minister of Arts and Sciences promotes and encourages the various arts and sciences of the current Middle Ages. The AoAS oversees the Guilds of the Barony and manages the annual Baronial Arts and Sciences competition. The AoAS also keeps the populace informed of other A&S activities within the kingdom, such as classes, symposiums and publications.

Chronicler
publishes the
monthly
Baronial
newsletter
known as
"The Moose
Call."
Duties include:
handling all
subscriptions,
arranging or
writing
content,
printing and

CONSTABLE (Sheriff)

Lord Markus Ruger The
Constable is
responsible for
the safety and
security of the
Barony. At
events, the
Constable is
likely to be
surveying the
area for fire
hazards,
treacherous
water areas,
dangers to
children, etc.
The Constable
is also in
charge of any
lost and found
items. |

Baron Tor von Butterberg This office provides
information on
future events,
guidance to
areas of
interest,
contact
information for
the Barony.
They also arrange SCA
demonstrations
for schools and
other
organizations. |

EQUESTRIAN
|
|
EQUESTRIAN OFFICER – Lady Erin MacClure A deputy of the Knight Marshal, the Minister of the Stables is responsible for the safety and equipment qualifications for those involved in the equestrian arts. The Minister of the Stables is in charge of all related issues regarding the coursing of hounds or falconry.

KNIGHT MARSHAL – Lord Fernando del Santiago The Knight Marshal is responsible for the safety and
inspection of all equipment for the fighting arts within the Barony.
Specifically, the Knight Marshal inspects armor and weaponry to ensure
that they meet all minimum requirements and safety standards. The Knight
Marshal conducts authorizations and qualifies combatants. |

HERALD
– (Purpure Pursuivant) Lady Mauda McClain The Herald
is the
mouthpiece of
the Royalty.
The Herald
conducts Court
and makes
announcements
for the Baron
and Baroness.
The Herald also
aids in
choosing names
for personas
and devices
(later coats of
arms) that will
pass the SCA
College of
Heralds. The
Herald announces
fighters to the
field during
tournaments. |

Hospitaler

Hospitaler H.E. Dame Rachel Ravenlock The
Hospitaler is
your first
point of
contact if you
are new to the
SCA or have
recently
relocated. The
Hospitaler
helps acclimate
new people to
the customs of
the SCA and the
way our game is
played.
Provides loaner garb
when needed. |

LIST COORDINATOR – Lady Ce'Nedra von Opal The Minister of the Lists is honored with the task of tracking wins and losses in all combat tournaments. The Minister of the Lists reports this information at the appropriate time to declare a clear winner in each tournament. |

Rapier Marshal
is specifically
responsible for
all aspects of
Rapier style
fighting. The
Rapier Marshal

qualifications

issues as the
Knight Marshal. |

REEVE
(Exchequer)
– Countess Esabell Being the official treasurer for the Barony, the Reeve is naturally responsible for all financial transactions involving Baronial funds. Duties include: Care and balancing of all Baronial accounts, monthly reports on income and expenditures, and handling of all transactions involving receipt of funds and issuance of recompense.

Seneschal is the legal
and
administrative
representative
for the Barony.
The Seneschal's
duties include:
Interacting
with and
advising the
Baron and
Baroness on
legal matters,
ensuring that
officers'
actions reflect
current corpora
(law), and
officiating
over monthly
officers and
populace
meetings. |

UNIVERSITATIS PROVOST –
Lady Eilidh MacDomnhuill The
Universitatis
is the
Barony’s
answer to a
University,
complete with
degrees. The
minister of
this office is
responsible for
arranging
classes on a
variety of
subjects for
each event. The
Universitatis
Officer is
responsible for
tracking
progress of
both teachers
and students
toward a
degree. |
