Come one come all as the beautiful blue sky provides the canopy over our heads while we watch the spectacle unfold. Come attend this camping event to determine the next Kingdom Champion Archer and Kingdom Champion Equestrian of Artemisia. In addition, Their Excellencies of Arn Hold join Their Majesties of Artemisia in inviting you to join them all for some exciting Rapier and Heavy Fighter tournaments, as well as a Baronial Archery Competition, hosted in the lovely Barony of Arn Hold. Site is wet, for those who are well behaved with their drinking and of legal age. No open flame or fire light of any kind is allowed including tiki-torches or above ground fire pits. Propane lanterns and cook stoves (non-wood burning) are fine; please remember your own fire extinguisher. Potable water on site, bring your own containers. Stabling for Horses is free if you provide your own enclosures/pens (no overnight trailer tying) and feed. Up to date Coggins test paperwork on ALL horses is REQUIRED to enter site. If you don’t have a copy with you, your horse(s) will be turned away. Please contact the Equestrian Steward regarding any other Horse rules, rentals & fees. Dogs are welcome for the weekend, well behaved and on a leash. Archery shoots will take place through out the weekend, with the Kingdom Championship tournament to be held on Saturday Morning. Kingdom Equestrian Championship will happen early Saturday afternoon. The Arn Hold Baronial Archery championship will be held Sunday morning; in conjunction with a Morning Repast (Brunch) hosted by Baroness Giliana (provided by the citizens of Arn Hold) in honor of our Glorious Queen, which all are invited to enjoy. Heavy fighting and Rapier fighting sceneries will be held though out the weekend, times to be announced at the event. Classes in various fields will also be offered. Site and online mapping sites only give roads that don’t connect, so
PLEASE remember to take these with you: Take your best route to Interstate
84 in Idaho and take Exit #46, Eagle Road. Head north on Eagle Road
through downtown Eagle approximately 13 miles until you reach the end of
the pavement. This will be the “country” intersection of N. Willow Creed
Road and E. Aerie Lane. (Eagle Road will curve and become N. Willow Creek
Road) Turn right on to E Aerie Lane through the green gates and travel on
the dirt road approximately 2 miles to the fork in the road. Once you
reach the tri-fork, the SPEED limit of 5 MPH and is STRICTLY enforced due
to livestock! Stay straight & true and follow the MIDDLE fork in the road.
Travel approximately another 2.6 miles through two more gates and then
follow the signs to parking. Total trip is estimated at 18.5 miles from
I-84 exit #46. Signs WILL be posted along the way. |
